The IAF has reinstated its Grassroots Development Fellowship Program supporting dissertation work by candidates for Ph.D. degrees from United States universities. The Institute of International Education (IIE) will administer the IAF’s program and its Web site provides complete information for interested individuals at www.iie.org/iaf in English only. Potential applicants should review the site in its entirety. The IAF will not respond to inquiries.
