$99,000, to evaluate its grassroots development methodology and experience working with urban community organizations on health, day care, and vocational training projects in 10 neighborhoods of Lomas de Zamora in greater Buenos Aires, and to disseminate results to other NGOs, the public sector, and local community organizations. $138,650, to continue providing education and training to 270 members of nine rural community organizations who are small-scale livestock producers, mostly of indigenous descent; to improve grassroots leadership skills; and to build a network of regional communities. (AR-306)
