Servicio Habitacional y de Acción Social (SEHAS)
$54,000 over 10 months, to continue support to 12 neighborhood associations in Córdoba carrying out self-help projects to improve housing, sanitation, health, and employment opportunities; to assist municipal governments collaborate with community groups; and to conduct statistical surveys and program evaluations to improve the effectiveness of NGOs and public-service agencies working with the urban poor.
