Quechua and Aymara communities in Cochabamba have limited means to generate income from their traditional crafts. Asociación de Artesanos Andinos (AAA) prioritizes the revival of Andean weaving traditions and facilitates community tourism and marketing opportunities for their products. At the IAF, we support community-led solutions to strengthen governance in Bolivia. AAA’s activities strengthen excluded communities so they can improve their living conditions and participate equally in a nation’s political, economic and social life.
