Project Description
Pride in Action (PIA) supports university students and other young people who are marginalized due to their sexual orientation or gender identity through a resource center that offers counseling and health services, an outdoor leadership program and community-building activities. At the IAF, we support community-led solutions to strengthen governance in Jamaica. PIA’s activities strengthen excluded communities so they can improve their living conditions and participate equally in a nation’s political, economic and social life.
