Many young Paraguayans lack opportunities to voice their viewpoints and participate in civic processes. Centro de Estudios y Educación Popular Germinal (CEEPG) provides leadership training to young people and facilitates opportunities for student groups to learn about democratic processes and participate in debates around key policies that impact them, like education. At the IAF, we support community-led solutions to strengthen governance in Paraguay. CEEPG’s activities strengthen grassroots communities through education and training and builds peer-to-peer learning and action networks.
