Project Description
Women in the Gran Chaco Americano face barriers to participation in their communities. Fundación ProYungas (ProYungas) provides technical assistance to a network of women’s organizations to develop skills in communication, advocacy and violence prevention and to build strategic relationships with the private and public sectors to promote gender equality. At the IAF, we support community-led solutions to strengthen governance in Latin America and the Caribbean. ProYungas’ activities strengthen grassroots organizations through education and training and build peer-to-peer learning and action networks.
