Project Description
Community foundations throughout Latin America and the Caribbean have few links and knowledge exchange with community foundations in the United States and Canada. Community Foundations Leading Change (CFLeads) provides technical and organizational support and leadership resources to an evolving transnational collaboration called Building Broader Communities in the Americas. At the IAF, we support community-led solutions to strengthen governance in Latin America and the Caribbean. CFLeads’ activities strengthen communities through education and training and build peer-to-peer learning and action networks.
This grant is part of our broader initiative to encourage innovative and entrepreneurial thinking to increase funding sources for sustainable community-led development.
