Kaitlin Stastny

Program Staff Assistant

Kaitlin Stastny has more than five years of experience in grassroots community development. Since joining the IAF in 2016, Kaitlin has supported organizations that promote peace-building, sustainable food systems, and social inclusion. Before she joined the IAF, Kaitlin served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Panama, where she fostered leadership building, youth development, and environmental conservation in an indigenous Ngäbe community. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Government Analytics at Johns Hopkins University and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies, Environmental Studies, and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
