Kara Rogers has been a Management Analyst at the IAF since November 2014. She serves as the lead Contracting Officer Representative, performs human resources functions, serves as the Records Management Officer, and advises on a variety of administrative policies and procedures. Prior to the IAF, Kara worked for the U.S. Peace Corps in multiple positions, including Contract Specialist for the Europe, Mediterranean, and Asia Region, Administrative Specialist for overseas staff training, and Program Analyst in the Office of Global Health and HIV. She served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Rwanda from 2009–2011 working in health and community development. She previously worked in fundraising and development at Vital Voices Global Partnership and as an events coordinator at a winery in California. Kara holds a bachelor’s degree in Government with a concentration in international relations and a master’s degree in Social Development Policy and Management with a specialization in health and population.
